Abstract
A knowledgeable workforce is the cornerstone of an organization’s compliance, health and safety effort. It is also a defining factor in its ability to meet performance, efficiency and risk management goals.
Many organizations lack the ability to determine how knowledgeable their workforce is.
Testing is a critical tool for organizations to identify and improve the proficiency of their workforces, but tests are frequently misunderstood,
misused or poorly executed.
This paper reviews the latest thinking and best practices for testing to ensure a knowledgeable, productive workforce.
